¿What is Breaking Gaps?

Through our DEI Breaking Gaps program we seek to be a company that promotes and exercises actions towards inclusion and equal opportunities for all Bitlogic people and contribute to build a more inclusive, equitable and diverse tech sector.

We have four main objectives that guide our actions:

Build a healthy work environment.

Achieve diversity in our teams and ensure equal opportunities for growth.

Accompany and promote DEI actions in the tech industry.

And why do we insist on generating inclusive actions?

The technology industry is and will be a key sector for the development of economies worldwide. The disparate representation of women and dissidents is a gap that generates economic inequality.

At Bitlogic we believe that diversity is the creativity to innovate. But, above all, we are aware that as a company we have the responsibility to build community and be active agents of social transformations.
